From the first call, I knew these were the right people for the job. From all the rain in September, we had a lot of mold growing in our garage. Arthur answered the phone and set up a time to come out later that day. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Other companies bounced me around and didn't have availability to even look at the garage for a few days or a week+. Arthur got the quote to me quickly and it was very reasonably priced. Scheduling was a breeze. They came out exactly on time, were super friendly and did a great job. Arthur was even there with the team-- I love a leader who does the work! They did a great job, answered my questions, told me to call back with any other questions or if we have problems and most importantly they cleaned the mold-- every surface of the garage. I hope to never have a mold/remediation need again, but if I do, I will call Mold Free NC right away.
